Bring these to document verification. Missing paperwork is the most common reason an admission is delayed.

Checklist

What to carry.

  1. 01SSLC / 10th standard marks card (original + 2 copies)
  2. 02Transfer Certificate from the previous institution
  3. 03Study Certificate for the preceding 7 years
  4. 04Caste and Income Certificate, where applicable
  5. 05Migration Certificate for other-state boards
  6. 06Six recent passport-size photographs
  7. 07Aadhaar card copy of the student and parent

Verification happens at the college office. Originals are checked and returned the same day.
Before you travel

Bring originals and copies

Originals are checked and returned the same day. Leave two photocopies of each document with the office.

Other-state boards

A Migration Certificate is mandatory if you studied under a board outside Karnataka. Apply for it early — it can take weeks.

Name spellings must match

The name on your marks card, Aadhaar and caste certificate should match exactly. Correct any mismatch before verification.

Scholarship documents

Caste and income certificates must be current. Expired certificates cannot be accepted for scholarship processing.
